Breaking News: Security Attached To Speaker Alban Bagbin Withdrawn

Ghana Armed Forces have stated to withdraw the security attached to the speaker of parliament. Security attached to speaker Alban Bagbin was withdrawn as a letter was issued.

The Chief of staff, Major General Peter Andoh made the confirmation by withdrawing the 4 military persons attached to the speaker of parliament.

Worldtrending news sighted a letter indicating that the military personnel was wrongfully attached without the proper procedures. The officers’ withdrawn includes WOI Jafaru Bunwura, WOII Apugiba Awine David, S/Sgt. Agbley Prosper, and Sgt. Bonney Prince.

Their services are withdrawn as it takes effect on 14^th January 2022 and efforts are made to regularize their attachment.  No one knows how the speaker will cope with this but we are waiting for what they will say.

A lot of social media users are not happy and therefore blame the government for this by citing it as a bad precedent for Ghana’s democracy.  Below is the letter
