What is trending now on the internet is what Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo the president of the Republic of Ghana said. He made a categorical statement on Peace FM while being interviewed by the host Kwame Sefa Kai.

 

President Akufo Addo asked the Paramount Chief of the Aflao Traditional Area to complete the abandoned infrastructure if he feels frustrated. This has also sparked another controversial argument on both social media as well as the internet.

It is just a week ago that the finance minister Ken Ofori Atta made suggestions to the graduating student on the job sector. The finance minister suggested that the payroll is full and they need to be entrepreneurs.

A lot of people are not happy with the posture of the president and the comment he made. The Chief of Aflao, Togbui Adzonu-Gaga Amenya Fiti V earlier issued a four months ultimatum for the government to complete the existing projects which were started by the former regime before leaving office.

The president replied to the chief had forgiven his government through the minister a time frame to respond to their needs of completing the project. He responded by saying “Then he should complete it himself if he is frustrated”.

He further asked Sefa Kai whether the chief was the one to give him such a timeline. Then he can go ahead and complete it himself.
